We have two extrusion presses, measuring 5” and 6“, equipped with a cutting-edge fully automated PLC control system and a three head puller for producing twist and bend-free profiles.
- Additionally, our facility incorporates an auto-conveyor belt handling system, a variable tonnage stretching machine paired with an auto-finish saw machine, further enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- To maintain stringent quality standards, we employ German-made Spectro Analytical Instrument for automated and precise quality monitoring.

Billet Built for Uncompromising Strength
Aluminum billet refers to a semi-finished product made of aluminum that is typically in a cylindrical or rectangular shape. It is produced through a process called casting or extrusion, where molten aluminum is poured into a mold or forced through a die to obtain the desired shape.
